ITIL® Foundation Classroom Course including exam

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is the internationally accredited framework for quality assurance in IT Service Management. It provides a holistic overview as well as a clear understanding regarding the interrelations of an IT organisation. 

During the three days you acquire the basics, functions and requirements with respect to IT Service Management according to the ITIL® Framework. You will be optimally prepared for the exam.

Learning goals

You are able to apply the ITIL® framework in your company and to move professionally within this framework. Thereby you increase your professionalism in IT Service Management.

Course Content

In our workshop you learn the full service lifecycle with a high degree of practical relevance and many case studies from real life. In addition, you are going to be prepared for the ITIL® Foundation Certificate.

• You know the service lifecycle and the Processes according to ITIL® and its contribution to service delivery

• You know the following subareas: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement

• You know the relevant definitions such as: Utility, Warranty, Service Assets, Capabilities, r Resources etc.

• You acknowledge the advantages of ITIL® Good Practices and are capable of describing the particular processes, incl. process goals, Key Practice, Key Performance Indicators, roles and tasks

• You know the functions and their roles, such as Service Desk, Technical Management, Application Management, IT Operations

• You are capable to implement Good Practice-Recommendations within your own IT Organisation.

• Formulation of a comprehensive and practical knowledge for professional work in IT Service Management. The aim is to successfully pass the exam at the end of the Course.
